Well, I just ordered The Bacon Cookbook ... but I'm not sure if it has bacon cookies or not. It'll be interesting to see. (Unfortunately I'm pretty sure it won't be here before Saturday.)

I had theories on bacon ice cream. If you take the bacon, and boil it ahead of time, you can lower the salt, not entirely, just boil it down to make it less overpoweringly salty, then fry up like normal, and use that. Never put it into practice.

Mmmmm. I think I do. *grins* We should talk. This week is busy though. I'm helping Serin with her washer and dryer hookup tonight, and tomorrow is family dinner. But your bacon tempts me....

It's a bacon-y day on my friendslist, here's some things that showed up: Bacon Angel, Bacon Henge, Bacon Fudge, Bacon Caramels, Bacon Gingerbread House, Bacon Crown, and Bacon Chocolate
