When I came downstairs this morning and went in to the kitchen to scavenge food from the stock that she's preparing for the party, [info]moiracoon saw me and said "Good morning pupshine!"

Pupshine! I'm Pupshine! That makes me silly-happy.

That, and "Good Morning, Morning Glory" are my favorite wake-the-rat songs.

The new (foster) dog seems to like Patti Smith's version of "Gloria" ("ooooh, he looks so good, ooooh, he looks so fine") and I'm going to try him on "Ooga Chucka (Hooked on a Feeling)" next.

I want more compliments! Put out! Moira won't mind!
